What to write about
- A wrong result. Tell us which tool, what you typed in, and what you expected versus what you got. This is the single most useful kind of report — a calculator that quietly gives the wrong answer is worse than one that is offline.
- A bug. A tool that won't load, a broken layout, something that works on one browser and not another — the browser and device you were using helps a lot.
- A tool request. A calculator or converter that doesn't exist yet and would be useful. No promises on timing, but every request is read.
- Business enquiries. Advertising, partnerships, licensing, or press — say what you have in mind in the first message.
- Privacy questions. Anything about data handling, the two server-side exceptions described in the privacy policy, or a request related to your rights under GDPR/CCPA.
What not to expect
This isn't a general help desk and there's no live chat or phone line. Legal notices should reference the operator details on the terms of use page.
