How to convert volts to megavolts by hand
Multiply the number of volts by 1.0000e-6.
For example, 25 V × 1.0000e-6 = 2.5000e-5 MV.
Going the other way, divide by 1.0000e-6 — or multiply by 1000000, which is the same thing and easier to do in your head.
